 Pay stubs: documentation of income for 30 consecutive days for borrower and co-borrower for any and all positions held
 W-2 statements: must cover past 2 years for borrower and co-borrower. If either is or was a student previously, please provide transcript
 Names and addresses of employers (minimum 2 years)
 Tax returns for 2 years for self-employed or commissioned sales
 Divorce decrees, if applicable, and a statement from the court on child support received
 Most recent 3 months bank statements (checking and saving)
 401K, mutual funds,ESP and PSP statements(most recent 3 months statements
 Copies of stock certificates or statements from brokers; numbers of bonds and dates of maturity; cash value (estimate) of life insurance
 Value of real estate owned, copies of rental agreements and leases
 Make and model of all automobiles and their approximate value
 Proof that real state has sold, if applicable (copy of closing statement)
 Liabilities (current mortgages, auto payments, credit cards if not paid of monthly, child support, etc.) with account numbers and address
 Check for appraisal and credit report fees
 If previously renting, landlord references are required
